Since 2005, Tukee Nepal Society has been providing Educational, Healthcare, and Social Services to the general local communities in Nepal, currently focusing on the remote district of Dhading. Tukee Nepal Society mission is to empower all the members of farming families so that they can enjoy better living conditions and a stronger foundation for their future in all aspects of life. All members of the local families, including women, are designed to benefit by our programs – we feel it is essential to also improve women’s participation in economic activity to create more progressive social conditions in Nepal.
Tukee Nepal Society education projects involves scholarship , education for girls, scholarship for higher education, distribution of educational materials and teacher sponsoring programs.
We run community health posts in rural village facilitating regular and emergency health checkups, health camps, health education, dental camps, financial support and woman health programs.
Tukee Nepal Society agriculture project includes funds for encouraging farmers, agro farming, agricultural education, agricultural materials distribution and micro-finance to kickstart agriculture based business.
The Tukee Nepal Women Empowerment Project aims to improve women’s social and economic situation in rural areas where traditional attitudes remain strong.
Our construction projects involves constructing houses for poor families, constructing new schools and maintenance of old school buildings in rural area.
Tukee Nepal Society micro-finance projects enable locals to kickstart organic farms, vegetable farming, animal breeding, and other income generating local business to support them economically.
